HB1225 An act to establish eligibility for playing on sex-segregated sports teams as based on the student’s birth certificate.
SB55 An act to require that the national motto be displayed in public schools.
HB1058 An act to consider homeschool students “private school students” for the purposes of federal funding for special education services.
HB1040 An act to place the same requirements on homeschool students as is placed on public and private school students to qualify for the Opportunity Scholarship.
SB49 An act to establish eligibility for playing on sex-segregated sports teams as based on the student’s birth certificate.

HB1253 An act to require funding for advertising explaining the negative aspects of compulsive gambling.

FHA Action Bill Number Description
HR1003 Denouncing the recent passage of New York’s abortion law and requesting that the Governor declare a day of prayer and fasting to atone for the unspeakable crime of abortion.
HB1177 An act to require that a doctor offer to make audible the heartbeat of the baby before performing an abortion.
SB72 An act to provide for a form a physician must use to obtain consent to an abortion.
HB1190 An act to update the informed consent requirements to include reporting on the number of mothers that chose to hear the heartbeat of the child.
HB1193 An act to provide a criminal penalty for causing an abortion against a pregnant mother’s will.
SB85 An act to move the deadline for reporting abortion statistics from November 15 to July 1st.
